Costumes, Props, Decorations, Etc.
are needed by various Ministries. The Resource Rooms have many items
that have been used and can be used again in Vacation Bible School, Awana Events, Special Emphasis Events such as Christmas Programs,
Sweetheart Banquets, Dramas, Children's Programs, Etc.
Classroom resources are NOW
available: Bulletin board borders, pre-cut letters of various sizes,
seasonal cut-outs, paper, etc.

STORAGE ROOM GUIDELINES
CHECK-OUT:
ITEMS MAY BE
CHECKED OUT BY CONTACTING ONE OF THE PEOPLE ON THE LIST BELOW. A
CHECK-OUT/RETURN FORM, LOCATED IN THE STORAGE BIN, IS TO BE
COMPLETED AT BOTH CHECK-OUT AND RETURN TO INFORM OTHERS OF THE
ITEM’S LOCATION.
RETURNS:
ITEMS ARE TO BE
RETURNED BY CONTACTING ONE OF THE PEOPLE ON THE LIST BELOW
FOR RETURN TIMES AND ARRANGEMENT. HOWEVER, WITH PRIOR CONTACT,
SMALL ONE OR TWO ITEM LOANS MAY BE LEFT ON THE COUNTER IN THE
RECEPTION AREA WITH YOUR NAME, LISTING ITEM THAT IS BEING
RETURNED. ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME.
Note:
Items for VBS, Fall Festival and other large events are not
to be left at the reception area. Arrangements are to be made on
‘break down night” so you may return your items to the storage bin.
Also, returns are not to be left beside the storage bin doors or
other locations in the CLC or church.
