Dr. Roc Collins
Senior Pastor |

 |
Roc Collins came to Indian Springs Baptist Church as Pastor
in November of 2005. He had previously pastored Churches in
Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Virginia. He also
served as a full time evangelist for a number of years. Roc
graduated from Carson-Newman College with a B.A. in Speech
Communications, and then earned a Master of Divinity degree
and a Ph.D. in Preaching from New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary. Dr. Collins is married to Jeralyn and
they have two sons, Ro and Noah. Dr. Collins has a passion
for preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mike Morgan
Minister of Music |

Mike is from Robbins, North Carolina. He holds Bachelor’s
and Master’s Degrees in Music from Appalachian State
University, Boone, North Carolina. He has served at Indian
Springs Baptist Church since 1979; (Minister of Music &
Youth to 1999; Minister of Music to present). Mike also
serves as an adjunct faculty member at Milligan College
teaching “Intro to Music Technology”. He and his wife
Brenda have two daughters, Christie and Sarah, two sons-in
law and three grandchildren. Mike’s hobbies include
stereo/home theatre, computers, bicycling and grandchildren.

Rev. Tiger Brooks,
Minister to Students |

Tiger
is a native of Kingsport and has always called it home. He
earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Milligan
College and a Master of Divinity from the M. Christopher
White School of Divinity at Gardner-Webb University. Tiger
and his wife, Paige, have one daughter- Ellie. He has a
passion to invest in the lives of students developing them
into reproducing disciple-makers for Jesus Christ. Tiger
enjoys reading, blogging, good movies and University of
Tennessee athletics. He can also be heard in his role as an
on-air personality for 88.3 fm, WCQR, a local Dove
award-winning contemporary Christian radio station.

Jeralyn Collins,
Children's Minister |

Jeralyn is a native of Pensacola, FL and a graduate of
University of West Florida with a degree in Special
Education. She graduated from New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary with a Master’s degree in Religious
Education. She has served as Children’s Ministry Director at
Temple Baptist Church in Hattiesburg, MS. Jeralyn has
served Indian Springs Baptist Church since January of 2006.
She is married to our pastor, Dr. Roc Collins and is the
mother of two sons, Ro and Noah. She is a ventriloquist and
enjoys playing the piano. She loves to have fun and enjoys
spending time with her family. |

Christy Nelson,
Preschool Minister
|

 |
Christy
grew up in Maryville, TN before moving to Kingsport 8 years
ago. She has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education
from the University of Tennessee and a Masters Degree in
Education from Tusculum College. Christy has taught
elementary school for the past seven years before being
called into preschool ministry last year. She is married to
Ralph and have two children - Chloe and Carter. She enjoys
watching football (especially Sullivan East and UT), being
with friends and family and trying to keep up with her two
small children! |

Don Foster,
Minister of Pastoral Care |

Rev. Foster is a native
of East Tennessee and literally grew up in ISBC - his
father, Clyde Foster, was the first pastor of the church.
During his more than forty years of ministry, Rev. Foster
pastored churches in Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina. His
most recent pastorate was at Vernon Heights Baptist Church
in the Kingsport area. He retired from there and
rejoined the church of his youth. He continues to
minister here in a pastoral role of visiting and caring for
people.
