HOSPITALITY

Hospitality literally means to "show love toward strangers."  It is our intent to quickly move "strangers" into the status of "welcomed guests."  It is our prayer that each person at Indian Springs Baptist would sense the warm love and affection that characterizes our church.

Starting in the Parking Lot, our Greeting Team would direct everyone to an appropriate parking place.  We have a special area designated for Guests.  We also attempt to provide a special place for each person (member or guest) who has difficulty walking or needs assistance.

From the Parking area, you will find your way to various entry portals to our church.  As first time guests, we hope that you will visit the Welcome Center in the Christian Life Center of our Campus.  Other hosts and hostesses from the Welcome Center are stationed in the Lobby of the Sanctuary Building and in the Nursery area.  There you will find knowledgeable members who can advise you of the various ministries of our church, provide you with directions or an escort to get you and/or your children to the proper Sunday School Class, Child Care area, or to the Sanctuary.

The Sanctuary Ushers are an important part of our Hospitality Ministry.   These dedicated men and women welcome guests and members.  They provide Visitor Information Packets (VIPs) to recognized first-time guests and provide Guest Registration Cards for those who missed our Welcome Center.  

Our Guest Reception Ministry Team helps us extend our hospitality by allowing you a chance to meet our Pastor and members of the Team to provide you with useful information regarding our church and its ministries.  Following each service, please come by the Guest Reception Area in the Lobby.
